Ingredients

  • Oat milk — 120g (1/2 cup)
  • Espresso — 60ml (1/4 cup), cooled
  • Ice — 110g (1/2 cup)
  • Protein powder — 1 scoop (31g), whey isolate
  • Mascarpone — 28g (2 tbsp)
  • Natural sweetener — 2 tbsp
  • Cocoa powder — 1 tsp (2g)
  • Xanthan gum — 1/4 tsp

Directions

    Add the ice to a blender, then pour in the oat milk and cooled espresso.

    Add the protein, mascarpone, sweetener, cocoa powder and xanthan gum.

    Blend for about 30 seconds until smooth and creamy.

    Pour into a glass and dust with a little extra cocoa.
