Ingredients
- Self-raising flour — 128g
- Greek yoghurt — 130g, plain
- Salt — 1 tbsp
Directions
- 1
Mix the flour, Greek yoghurt and salt in a bowl. Work it together with your hands until a dough forms.
- 2
Weigh the dough and divide it into 6 equal balls on a lightly floured surface.
- 3
Roll each ball out with a rolling pin into a flat circle. For a perfect circle, you can place a small bowl on top and trim around the edge — totally optional.
- 4
Air fry at 200°C for 8 minutes flipping halfway, or bake at 200°C for 10–13 minutes flipping halfway. Watch for the edges starting to brown as your cue to flip.
- 5
Once baked, use a knife to cut open the middle edge to create a pocket, then fill with whatever you like.
