Ingredients

  • Apple — 100g (1 small apple)
  • Natural sweetener — 1 tbsp stevia
  • Cinnamon — 1 tsp
  • Maple syrup — 1 tbsp, sugar-free
  • Digestive biscuits — 1 biscuit, crushed
  • Oats — 2g (optional, for extra crunch)

Directions

  1. 1

    Preheat your oven to 200°C.

  2. 2

Peel and dice the apple into small cubes, removing the core.

  3. 3

Toss the apple pieces in a bowl with the stevia, cinnamon and sugar-free maple syrup until everything is well coated.

  4. 4

Tip the apple into a small oven-safe baking dish — as small as your palm if possible.

  5. 5

Scatter the crushed biscuit and oats over the top.

  6. 6

Turn the oven down to 180°C and bake for 30 minutes until the apple is tender and the topping is golden. Enjoy warm!
