Ingredients
- Potato — 250g, sliced paper thin
- Salt — a sprinkle, or seasonings of choice
- Water — enough to fill a bowl halfway
- Ice — 2 cups

Slice the potatoes as thinly as possible — a mandoline slicer works best here.

Fill a bowl halfway with cold water, add 2 cups of ice, then soak the potato slices for 1–2 minutes to remove excess starch.

Lay them on a microwave-safe plate lined with baking paper and season with salt.

Microwave for 5–6 minutes, flipping halfway through. Watch for a golden colour — that's your cue to flip. Every microwave is a little different so keep an eye on them.
