Ingredients

  • Apple — 1, finely diced
  • Puff pastry — 1 sheet, reduced fat
  • Light butter — 5g
  • Brown sugar stevia — 30g
  • Cornflour — 1 tsp, mixed with 50ml water
  • Cinnamon — 1 tsp
  • Nutmeg — 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice — 2 tsp
  • Skim milk — 15ml

Directions

    Cook the diced apple with the light butter, brown sugar sweetener, cinnamon, nutmeg and lemon juice for 3-5 minutes until soft.

    Stir in the cornflour slurry and cook until the mixture thickens.

    Cut the puff pastry sheet into 4 rectangles.

    Place the filling on one half of each, fold over and pinch the edges to seal.

    Brush with skim milk and sprinkle with sweetener.

    Air-fry at 180C for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy.
