Ingredients
- Apple — 1, finely diced
- Puff pastry — 1 sheet, reduced fat
- Light butter — 5g
- Brown sugar stevia — 30g
- Cornflour — 1 tsp, mixed with 50ml water
- Cinnamon — 1 tsp
- Nutmeg — 1/2 tsp
- Lemon juice — 2 tsp
- Skim milk — 15ml

Cook the diced apple with the light butter, brown sugar sweetener, cinnamon, nutmeg and lemon juice for 3-5 minutes until soft.

Stir in the cornflour slurry and cook until the mixture thickens.

Cut the puff pastry sheet into 4 rectangles.

Place the filling on one half of each, fold over and pinch the edges to seal.

Brush with skim milk and sprinkle with sweetener.

Air-fry at 180C for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy.
