Ingredients

  • Egg — 6, whisked
  • Salt — 1 tsp
  • Pepper — 1 tsp
  • Chives — 1 tsp
  • Onion powder — 1 tsp
  • Garlic powder — 1 tsp
  • Chilli powder — 1 tsp (optional)
  • Beef mince — 900g, extra lean (twelve 75g patties)
  • Bacon — 6 slices, short-cut (25g each)
  • English muffins — 6, toasted
  • Cheddar cheese — 6 slices
  • Sriracha mayonnaise — 15g per muffin

Directions

    Whisk the eggs with salt, pepper, chives, onion powder, garlic powder and chilli powder, then cook in a greased dish and slice into 6.

    Season the beef and form twelve 75g patties, then flatten thin.

    Cook the patties on high heat in batches with the bacon until done.

    Toast the muffins and melt a slice of cheddar on each base.

    Stack two beef patties, bacon, egg and a drizzle of spicy mayo on each muffin.
