Ingredients
- Potato — 250g, cut into fry shapes
- Chicken breast — 75g, pulled/shredded cooked chicken
- Sour cream — 1 tbsp, light
- Chipotle sauce — 20g, honey chipotle variety
- Tomato sauce — 20g, chilli variety
- All-purpose seasoning — 1 tsp
- Paprika — 1 tsp
- Low-fat cheese — 40g, grated

Preheat the oven to 220°C.

Cut the potatoes into fry shapes, toss them in a bowl with the paprika and all-purpose seasoning to coat evenly, then spread them on a lined baking tray.

Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden and crispy.

While the fries bake, toss the pulled chicken with the chipotle sauce in a small bowl.

Transfer the baked fries to an oven-safe dish, scatter the sauced chicken over the top, then cover with the grated cheese.

Bake for another 5 minutes until the cheese has melted.
