Ingredients
- Frozen blueberries — 210g (1.5 cups)
- Milk — 180ml (3/4 cup), any kind
- Protein powder — 1 scoop (31g), whey isolate
- Oats — 20g (1/4 cup), rolled
- Natural sweetener — 1 tbsp, optional
- Cinnamon — 1/4 tsp, ground
- Salt — a pinch

Drop the frozen blueberries into a blender and pour in the milk.

Add the protein, oats, cinnamon, salt and a little sweetener if you want it sweeter.

Blend for 30 to 60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
