Ingredients
- Plain flour — 18g
- Egg white — 80g
- Garlic powder — 1 tsp (or seasoning of choice)
- Cooking oil spray — for pan

Add 18g of plain flour, 80g of egg whites and 1 tsp of garlic powder to a blender cup, give it a light spray of cooking oil, then blend for 30 seconds until smooth.

Spray a non-stick pan with cooking oil and place it over medium heat. Pour in the batter and spread it out.

Cook for 2–3 minutes per side until lightly golden with a few brown spots.

Once cooked, transfer the wrap to a clean dry tea towel and cover it for 5–10 minutes — this step is important, it makes the wrap soft and pliable.
